^^ You think i'll get the same results with their "custom Cobb tune" as if i would with Uprev or Technosquare?

your always going to get better results from a custom tune. If you plan on sending your ecu to TS they will use maps from other cars with similar mods to yours. This may or may not get you close enough since we are at such high elevation. Uprev will be slightly better since you send them datalogs and they adjust the maps as needed and then send them back to you for you to flash. Unless you get the "osiris tuner" this would be for a custom tune and they provide no maps, it would be up to you or a tuner to tune it

A custom tune will get you the best results.
Cobb is about $200 less than "osiris tuner" and since Reolutions Performance is more familiar with Cobb, chances are they will be able to tune it a little faster which could save you even more money and get similar end results.

Question

QUESTION for Uprev:
I live in Italy and have a brand new 350Z HR, 313hp
Level2 , cruise control for map switching.
I would like to buy Osiris Standard, with the 3 e-tunes includes.
My ECU number is EV16A and i have new Berk HFC and BMC air pannels (similar to K&N).
Is all OK to take Osiris Professional? Rom patched and small harware mod good for tuning?

Are you able to SEND all to Italy and also make support for it ?
(i mean about others etune, after Cipher log of course...)

You GERMAN reseller is not intersted in selling it in Italy by the way, after a mail he disappared and no more reply!

Thanksss a LOT !

To answer a few questions:
As said before, the rear O2 sensors (where the non-foulers would go) do not effect the AF readings or the tune. However, if you're already running custom tune from SC, just take it back over there and have him disable the codes in the ROM. He probably won't even charge you to do it.

Yes, we do support N2O by simply pulling ignition from the ignition tables in the RPM range where your system will be active (you should run an RPM window switch for activation). Just be sure that you switch to the N2O map and verify that the "set" LED blinks the correct number of times before you squeeze.

karletto66, we already have support for your ECU and shipping to Italy is no problem.

Does anyone know if the Osiris can surpress cel lights? I have the stupid p2a00 code that doesnt want to go away and i have read that some piggybacks/flashes can stop the lights from ever coming on.

If thats the case, will the cel get stored and show up whenever a code reader is hooked up or no? Or does it just block the light on your dash from coming on but still stores the codes.

True but you'll still fail emissions tests in applicable states (if the code is checked) as the code will be 'not ready'. For example, I fail automatically here in MD if I disable P0420.

Yup, that's true. You can't mess with the readiness codes so emissions would still be a problem.

Thats my problem now since my emissions are due in dec and from the looks of it the p2aoo code isn't really the easiest to get rid of especially since not there isn't a def fix for it.

hmmmm did not know this...

what about downstream o2 sensors, i was jus not going to run them and turn off the code, this would then fail inspection???

What do people with built / boosted cars that will have codes do for inspection??

Yes, u will fail for sure.

We resolve the codes instead of deleting them. For downstream O2 sensors you need simulators, or non-foulers and possibly some steel wool in them, or cats. In my case I got a set of 3" HFC with almost zero power loss and no more codes (or stink).
