Default UTEC Timing Map for Vortech

Well, I'm getting close to firing up my car with the Vortech setup. It's an Si-trim running the 3.33 pulley, w/ UTEC and 650cc injectors and Walbro 255 (bought the kit used, that's why it has the Si-trim). I think I'll be good on playing around with the fuel map by street tuning it, but I'm a little concerned about the timing map.

Since there doesn't seem to be much info on here about a good Vortech timing map (did plenty of searches), I just planned on using one of the TN basemaps from TurboXS's website.

Do you think either of these will work for a base map? I simply want my setup to be safe until I get get it on a dyno and tune for power. I'll definitely be checking to make sure there is no knock across the board, but I'm not too concerned about getting great power off the bat.

Base TN 550cc Timing (quite a bit different)

Thanks in advance,

even if you do knock, the utec retards timing. you can set how sensitive (how many knock counts) before your retard.

i'd use the 1st map.
