hey guys i need some help.. i have a greddy turbo kit and i am just trying to get it to run so that i can bring it to the tuners.
it starts up like a champ but all of a sudden stumbles and dies.
there is no ecu code that is being thrown. i am currently running the utec and i havent done too much with it other than configure the basemap from utec and copied over the parameter map..
should i be running in open loop mode?
should i be using map or maf right now
same with under load/

wich base map did u load? and did you load them from turboxs.com? What size injectors?
i currently got my car started with 440cc injectors and the turbonetics 380cc base maps. the car stumbles a little because its running rich but it doesnt die off.

 

Um, can you post your log in Txt format? Also, do you have AFRs included in the log? I don't see any...

These massive jumps in factory timing have me a little concerned. That probably wouldn't be much fun to drive even if it ran.

As another thought: With timing that high, I would expect to see knock, which I don't. What are your knock parameters set to?

 

run open loop fueling and use map , speed denisty mode read the manual over you might miss something I have read it about 4 times.

 

One more thought: Did you export this from an Excel Spreadsheet? If this is a native data dump - then I have never seen data garbage like what you have at the top of this log unless the firmware somehow got corrupted. A reflash with the current .mot would be a good precaution when in doubt. If that is Excel garbage, then nevermind.

 

Try downloading the dbw file from turboxs. It is for throttle control for drive by wire cars. I had the same problem when I put my turbo in. I called turboxs and that is what they told me to do. As soon as I downloaded the file the car idled fine and had great throttle response.
