As for what I have been told is the Nismo VTC pullies are no longer available. I tried to buy some when I was putting my engine together but I couldn't not find some.

what's the workshop manual? is this different than the service manual? I want one!!! Where can I get one?

hmmmm.........my service manual doesn't cover the operations of the cam phasers.........and I have the service manual for the Z and the G.

 

theres an ESM and FSM. if you have the FSM then lots of technical info isnt included. the ESM is i THINK an extended service manual, more technical info (where i would think cam phaser operation would be). this is where valve spring, cam and other such specs are. given ive never seen this manual, but it is fabled to exist and ive seen pages from it

 

those specs are all in the regular service manual. Does anyone have this mystery service manual?

 

yeah, id like to know if it actually exists. never seen one for sure.

the specs i meant are the values like duration, lift, spring pressure at x lift, etc. are those in the FSM? never seen em but never really looked since theyre so readily available on here

 

My 02 manual describes the opperation in the Engine Control System page EC149
