Hi guys, im a tuner (hydra, motec, microtech, ems 4424/8860, split second, emanage ultimate greddy, etc)..

I put an UTEC at a z350 roadster usdm 2006 with vortech V2 supercharger, intercooler, AEM methanol injection, 550cc RC injectors, Greddy blow off valve, custom headers, 2 magnaflow custom full flow mufflers.. NOS System (70 wet shot), big wheels, etc...

My problem is.....the car runs well when the lights off, but some times when trying to start the engine.. the lights turn on at the dash (CEL, VDC and slip) and the car does not accelerate when being above the accelerator.... other times only turn on the check engine light... ., the car is tuned at 7psi with vortech v2 supercharged 550cc RC injectors and utec... some sugestions??? i think the utec hava a problem because if i connect the OEM ECU all the ligths turn off and the car start fine but the afr isnt correct when run at load (obviusly)... but dont turn ON ANY LIGTHS AT THE DASH....!!!! (Im reflased the UTEC 1334555 times!!!!) please help me...I am becoming crazy

 

sounds like a dead unit. did you ground the spare solenoid ground on the utec?

 

I know this might sound crazy but I forgot to plug my map sensor in and the same trash was happening to me check the map.

 

what codes come up when you check the OBD2 port?

also, make sure the UTEc IS plugged into the harness well!!!!

I thought my UTEC was plugged in properly but it wasn't when I 1st installed it. I replugged it in, and all was fine.

 

this happens to me...and when i floor it the brake light comes on! all i have is a spacer intake exhaust and 75 shot?

 

my tuner is having the same exact problem with my utec right now..... let u know if we found anything out with it...

 

well i gave my other utec to my tuner thursday, he said i should have it tomorrow... hope so cuz i want to go to montgomery import face off
