Depends on applied voltage and fuel viscosity [gasoline production at refinery that hour][temperature].
Don't confuse just electromecahnical opening time as TOTAL LATENCY but add in ramp up based on psi.
Depending on the above variables.
700usecs [@ 12.8 volts measure at injector] would be a good start then you zero in based on hot idle A/F in +- 100 usec increments.
