If it makes you feel any better, they have been sending me a replacement (original was bad out of the box) MAF sensor since June....called multiple times and sent many emails.
yeah, I'd have gone with them if I had known about uprev sucking / didn't already have a cipher cable. Seems like only uprev can do the cipher to osiris license change.

Any dealer/tuner can get it done for you, upgrading the cable only takes a second its the following up afterwards that makes the difference and where uprev really drops the ball
