there's a guy that wants to buy my uprev tuned ECU. i do not have the uprev cable. is it worth anything? will the license be saved into the ECU? i just need to know if he installs it on his car, will he be able to update the tune for his car?

Unless he deletes NATS the ECU will not work in his car.
