Default Vq35hr swap

Hello everyone, i want a help with my ecu of the vq35hr i swaped.
Long story short, i swaped a vq35hr in a racing pajero for rally raid races.
I have bought from z fever, a harness but from mistake they didnt send me an ecu for my engine(they actually send me an ecu for 370z)
So i have the ecu that i got for the engine. I manage to delete the nats to tuner here,(i am from Greece not USA) and the car starts and revs good.
My only problem is the car doesnt feel strong.
I have cat delete exhaust 57mm true dual from every band of engine.
I also have only the primary O2 sensors, not the last.(i dont get any code when look with scaner the obd2)
I dyno the car and it has about 180hp at wheels.
My question is does the ecu have a drawback because it was from auto car and does not see speed?(i was suggested this but not verified)
With a tune up rev will solve this problem?
Thank you very much for your time....

We haven't measured compression .
We got the engine from a running vehicle and when we strip the engine cover to change oil gallery gasket , we see a very clean and well maintenant engine...
We will see the ECU with Zfever and go from there....
