Default ECU died , replaced with another

So my OEM ECU died and finding an exact match has been an issue. My car is an 03 6mt touring and the ECU I got was supposedly from another unknown 03 6mt. Installed the ECU and went to flack it with the file I had with no-NATs and got an incompatibility message. Attaching pics of the two ECU, can’t seem to find anything anywhere on what ECU are compatable with what. I just want this car running so I can sell it.

My original ECU I did the return to stock file on it and sent it out for repairs. Was returned to me unrepairable

Are you 100% sure your donor was from an 03 model year?

I think there is some grey areas when swapping ECUs - what you’ve explained (to me) should work.

It may be wise to get some support from Uprev if you are having issues

was crazy is I can’t find anything to Google or verify ECU numbers yet. From what I understood, it should work

The ECU part # is what matters. You have to use a compatible rom for the ECU you're trying to flash... you cannot use your old file unless the ECU part # of the new ECU is the same as the old one.

The only guaranteed way to find it is to plug the ECU in, and check it with Rom Editor
