IDK, tires are like wmoen, that is why they so many many different styles and sizes, we all have our taste in them.
The SCCA "street tire" cut-off is 140. IIRC

My MX's were 40ish for the rear 46-48 for the front. But I only have about 1.5 neg camber up front.

OK that makes sense, I'm running -3.25 in the front and -2.0 in the rear with a tad of toe out in the front and a tad of toe in in the rear

I stand corrected on the compound, freaking SCCA 140 drop off, that ain't no street tire, LOL. that is almost bubble gum.

I am envious. Everyone here has a hard on for designing courses that are tight and small. If we had the space you guys have it would take someone an hour to do a run because of all the turns they would want to put in it.

Just remember, my brakes are the itty-bitty stockers. When I let Hunter try out my Koni's, he was diving into the corners like I do on the track.....when I know I only have to go a mile....

After I realized that he intended to keep that pace, I had to remind him that I don't have the Brembos (like him) and he was only going to get "about three more of those" before things got interesting.

I don't think I can pass up the chance to drive that beast of yours though.

I have about 2.2 in the back 1/8" toe in rear, and 1/8" toe out on the front. (Just from lowering my Z) It has had the alignment "checked" twice but never adjusted.

Matt I feel ya. I used to AutoX the Lightning. I went to an AutoX put on by some miata group. There was a set of cones that the truck simply wouldn't fit through. I even pulled out the tape measure to prove it. They didn't want to concede that they were wrong, so every pass I punted to two damn cones into the next county. "f" them.

Sure? He has to move on Friday. Apparently he has been renting that house for ~18 months. The people he rents from never made asingle payment to the bank and the bank foreclosed on the rentee. He got the boot, for no reason what so ever other than having a POS as a landlord. Must be getting bad out there. It would be one less thing he has to move.

Nice driving. Did the GT-R lose his nerve? And did the slver Z driver lose his arm? (No pass signal when it was clear he was hlding you up.)

Colin was driving the GTR and he hates traffic far worse than I do. The VW pilot was a tool, driving an R32 like a boat, that thing should have been in a 4 wheel drift in every turn. He is an SCCA race driver, apparently of note too. whatevah! That was the intrsuctor group! hmm.

I try not to hit cones, it is a biatch to buff those scuff marks out. On that note I totaly destroyed a few last year.

Oh man! May is coming! I'm quite pumped! 2 Gingerman raceway events - 2 days at Mid-Ohio THEN off to ZdayZ... I'll need to purchase some tires before I head down

I've seen a few 370z now in the local area and I'm pumped to see them curving around the dragon!
