there's a whole group that come down from Canada (the crazy AMS guys) every year! and yes there is a prize for longest drive. usually people from the pacific NW win tho seems like haha
So, any word on a rough schedule of events?
(Mostly focused on the airstrip event because it determines when the caravan leaves Michigan.) Forged Performance sponsoring this one?
Will Injected Performance be returning with the dyno? (That rocked!!)
Bryan: Are you in need of volunteers or help with anything? I hate to see such a small group carry the load for everyone.

I want that dyno! I haven't dynoed in years, so this is a good chance for me. Did they charge anything, or is that just part of the festivities? How was the wait in line?
Last year, the dyno had some technical difficulties that delayed the start and pushed everyone's time slots back. If everything is running to schedule, the wait is minimal since you will have an assigned dyno time.
Last year, there were a couple of people who cut in that were not scheduled. (Let's let that issue drop.) By the end of the day, some folks were miffed that they didn't get to run or that some cars took too long.
I think Injected started the dyno on Friday at 11am.
(For this year, if we have the dyno again
These are my suggestions to Injected: 1) Start it on Thursday for some of the early folks. (Especially the sponsors who come early anyway.)
2) Build in a few periods of downtime through out the day. This way if your're running over, you can take up some of the downtime without making the afternoon folks run late too.
3) Keep strict on the rule: If you're not there early, you may get bumped. The downtime is a good slot for make-up runs.
4) No cuts in line. If there is time in the down period and there is no one there to make up from being bumped, then allow someone to squeeze in.
5) There are a lot of activities going on during Friday and Saturday. Everyone should coordinate their dyno run time slot so they can still attend the activities they want to attend. The dyno times should be fixed a couple weeks before ZdayZ. Post it up in a ZdayZ Dyno Thread. Negotiate early with Injected for your preferred time slot.
6) To everyone: Be patient with Injected. The dyno pulls are free and they want to make everyone happy. Problems will happen and these guys bust their butts all day long to get cars in and out. Assume you will have a little wait or that things will happen thus you are less likely to be disappointed.
The airstrip event is ON and posted!
And YES, there will be a NA class!

Thursday will be the airstrip event (website needs to be updated for registration for this event) Final details pending, but there will be an additional charge to participate in this event
Thursday night is still open at this point, looking for someting to go here

Friday will be a combined event (learned this trick from the 350Z club of florida, thanx.) poker run and/or TSD. Option to do either or both events! seperate prizes for each event.
Friday night is a secret but be ready for a party. Not devulging much at this point, but who do y'all know that parties harder than the Bama boyz?
Saturday, car show, same as last year's, judged
Saturday, holy cow, another party, details pending, but bring your asprin for the next morning
Sunday, go home.
