they say that they have a video of the end of the crash but still looking for it.
they are both ok and they are home. those seats are what saved them.
but what a ***** it was taking that car out of that ditch.
MAJOR MAJOR thank you to bryan for letting us use his truck and trailer, and for Hop (sparklecity) for helping us get it out..
Sorry bout your straps!

I'm just glad that you all made it home safe. I made so many friends this week - real friends, not just facebook "I met that person" friends either. I wish that I could afford a PO Box in Florida just so that I could join the Florida Z club too. You guys took me in like a lost cat and I had so much fun.

I've never in my life met a more accepting community than the wonderful people that I met at ZDayz this year. I'm a nut. Many that hung out with me can probably back that up with a story. If they accept me into their flock, that's saying something.

)Because of the tall passenger, in this case we all thought that it helped him out, because they hit hard, and he would have most likely hit the cross bar instead of the windshield in normal seats since he wouldn't have been as low and wouldn't have been restrained as securely.
No question, I would have wanted a cage if I was going to hit that wall, but it's not like it was a planned stunt. Sorry if the sarcasm is too soon.

I got in about 12:30am and passed out on the couch. I just woke up thinking ... "I hope someone has posted up photos already!" LOL It's going to take a while to come off the ZdayZ high!
It was a fantastic time! I can't believe it's over already. I totally missed the car show due to shut downs on the Dragon. We barely made it to the Dam Photo. I hope everyone made it home safe.
Andrea, I'm so happy you are OK. I hope things work out for you and we'll see you back next year!
Thanks to Jeffrey, Sarah, Robin and all for hosting the beer pong tourney! You guys rock! (Please post up a way for us to make donations towards the beer cost. I heard the keg situation didn't work out and that the cover charge did not offset the canned beer expense.)

Thanks again to Bryan and everyone in charge of ZdayZ. Like everyone else had said, the Z/G community is awesome. People I had never met prior to this weekend seem like family at this point. I have never had so much fun at an event (nor consumed as much alcohol). I am ready for next years event!

This yet again was an awesome event. All of us had such a great time. Althought first day Drea wreckd and me, hop, and ehsan drove up the skyway to pull her out of the ditch using the Titan of fury that our fearless leader bryan let us barrow. ( sorry about the tow strap again. ) we managed to yank it out of the ditch on to the trailor. beleive it or not no one stopped us to call dibs on parts from the car.....
Friday and Sat was great thanks to all he events line up by the zdayz staff. Beer pong was fun althought we didnt make it past the first round but hey free beer works for me.
Hope every one made it home safe, I know some of us had long hot drives for hours...
Untill next year.... Im content.
