just a thought but I think it would be cool to have posts of videos in cabin driving the 350 so others could view good driving techniques. I'm by no means an expert at driving the z and this would help me and I'm sure some others on this forum. Flame me as a noob if you want just an idea.

If anyone could tell me. In the s2000 vid why does the guy hit the gas,brake and cluch at the same time.

 

It's called heel-toe downshifting. you mash the brake to slow down and blip the throttle as you are downshifting all at the same time so that when you let out on the clutch and come off the brake/ apply gas, you are in your powerband for best acceleration.

 

ya awesome heel toe techniques. but it is to get the revs up on the motor so the motor does not compression brake from going into a lower gear and upset the balance of the car going into a turn. done correctly you don't even feel the downshifts. super hard to do it good, been trying for years, lol.

I dont know why the caption on the "f-1" video reads so, it is an f3000 car I believe...much much slower than an f1 car.
