Default ZdayZ 2008 video's

Here are a couple vids from this years ZdayZ. Anyone else that has videos from ZdayZ they want to share, feel free to add them.

This one is an uninterrupted run from the NC/TN line to lookout point. (under 11 min) Youtube has a 10 min limit so I used blip.tv and it came out a little choppy with their flash player.

http://blip.tv/file/921898/

*edit* I just found the link to the wmv version. (not so choppy now )
http://blip.tv/file/921898?filename=...er11Min986.wmv

This one is a compilation of a few runs on and near the dragon.

For some reason the HD version seems slow to load now, here is the same movie in "standard" mode.

RS-R Ti2000 springs, Hotchkis sways, Koni Sport shocks, SSR Comp-H wheels-about 15 lbs each, BFG KD tires -not the KDW's.

you drove like a jack *** for about the first half of the video, second half not so much. but what i thought was funny was the big SIGHHHHH at the end of the video. About half way through you realized you were doing a whole lot of shifting that didn't need to be done....regardless, that stuff wears ya out! imagine driving in an enduro race.

I'm going to guess you are talking about the first (long) video. It was the first time I got a chance to put the spurs to my new Koni's and new BFG KD's. The car just kept hooking up much better than it ever has. I was also trying to nurse the brakes all the way down as I knew the 05 stock brakes could not go full tilt for even half the distance I intended to go.

I was trying to settle in on the right balance of engine-braking and regular braking. As it turned out, the brakes never faded while I was driving, but once I stopped, the fluid boiled, the brake pedal went to the floor and it took about 20-30 minutes to get the pedal back.

Aside from being a little too cautious for some blind corners, and a little un-smooth while settling into the new suspension/tires, that was just about all we (me and the Z) had.

Close.

It was an alarm I had set on my phone. (There is little to no signal up there.)

Thanks.

Yes, it's a stock exhaust. My only HP "mod" is a drop-in filter.

Ive ran the dragon on 3 separate occasions and i know that sigh. I ran it in my se-r, a evo and a fully auto-x prepped integra type-r. The teggy was the best of course on this road. You had a nice day for it, it looks like. Every time i go i get behind someone. I ran it 5 times in a row back to back in the teggy and literaly on the last run my arms felt like jelly and i felt like i had been in a fight. Good job on the vid.

One of the members at our track runs an Integra and often gets within 2 seconds of my times. He was only 1.5 seconds behind me last weekend, -not bad for such an old car.

Sorry bud but the music was just horrible. A nice car and a guy whinning trying to "sing." Looks like a fun time though. Save up for a BBK and go even faster! But dont kill yourself.
