PSI doesn't matter when the're running different turbos. My stock turbo Evo running 22.5psi won't be able to keep up with another Evo running 20psi on a 35R, for example.

For the extreme weight of the car (WTF you got in there?) and not pushing the turbo/engine at all it's not a bad time. Just don't know why you're not pushing it.

Correct, but more boost + timing + race gas it might.
