could you post some detailed pics for me of the heat sheilds. mine wont be here intil next week because im on the east coast and im really curious as to how they will fit under my 2nd strut bar
thanks
Got mine today, hopefully will try and install tonight. Installation seems pretty difficult for being just an intake lol. OEM bolts are bolted down so hard it's not even funny.

First thoughts, the intakes aren't too much louder than stock as the stock intakes were loud to begin with. Throttle response seems to have improved slightly but hardly noticeable. Installation was a PITA only because i was too lazy to take the strut bar off. Most importantly, as far as power is concerned, they claim 10 hp and 8 tq, i feel like it gained maybe 2 hp and 2 tq lol. Well, they look sexy and i didn't expect much hp from intakes anyways. I think i am the first to have these installed :] Thanks Andy at Performance! Enjoy the pics
My guess would be yes but barely. Looking at the height of the composite radiator support and where it meets the engine, it doesn't look like it's higher than the engine cover itself, and it goes down to where it's at the top of the radiator support.
The two ideas I have if it doesn't work, would either modify the shield with a cut in it around the bar, OR, the better way would be to get some washers and lift the center part of the bar that has two bolts on each end up like we do with the strut bar to give it a little more room. This should still clear the hood as well.
But IMHO I think it will clear.

Someone here who has removed their intakes and has access to the panel filter, can you do me a favor and measure the filter for me? Since our NISMO's have that bar in the way it's way to hard to take off just to measure. I am gonna try to find a suitable replacement that K&N might make close to the stock size.
I need the following below:
Height in mm
Outside length in mm
Outside width in mm
H - Height
A - Outside Length
B - Outside Width
