The one I found above is the only one available close to that size. Everything seems to meet your outside spec, so it should fit I think.

I need really the filter not the bracket measurements.

I went by Oreileys and that drop in K&N is special order and no one in town has it. I had them check for paper filters as well for that vehicle, and they didn't have it in stock either. So I am sol.

damn, from the looks of it, you definitely will need to take off your nismo strut... you already have to take off the a/c line mounts under your driver side airbox to slide the heat shield in, but it also looks like the fitment will be really close.. I don't know about your idea bout installing washers to raise your strut, i think i'd rather cut the heatshield.. one is a structural support the other is just a fancy heat shield. Good luck on the install though. btw that perforated looking line is where the metal starts. Everything above that perforation / stitching is soft hollow rubber made to compress when the hood is closed for a seal..

edit: just read the above nismo owner having nismo cai.. so i guess it will fit, but installing you probally need to take off the strutbar

He already owned the AEM and decided to paint the them to match the NISMO. No reason to sell it to get a NISMO for the same intake just for color.
