upHey jetnoirZ... strange, as a matter of fact it was Julio who gave me the run around. I called back on Friday and got another service manager Jason. He said bring it in... I have an appoint on Tuesday. Thanks for the support!

well i got my car back yesterday and the difference is very minimum but noticeable. the clutch seems "stiffer" like solo said, it feels "solid" through out and it does seem easier to drive the car, first gear starting off is not so rough any more. the tranny felt new, like the day i got the car. yes, they have to take out your tranny. all in all it was worth it to bring it in for a day or so to get it fix, the tech was great, even gave me a rental. and no dents or scratches on my car.
^^
You do not have to have the letter to take your car in. As long as your VIN falls in the range, then they will fix your car.
I didn't receive my letter and I still drove to the stealership to have them fix my car.

My tech told me its in the computer as a 3hr job, but itll take most 5hours. I left my car at 7am thur and got the its ready call at 8 fri. So it shouldnt take more than that bc my dealership service dept sucks big ones. If they can turn it out in a day, nearly all others should too.
