Arrow got an '08 m/t base today... need some performance advice

Bought a carbon '08 base 350 today. Got a really good deal from a nissan dealership so i'm pretty happy.

I searched and read the stickies before I made this thread.

First, my speakers arent crystal clear at mid volume, and I dont expect them to be since they are stock. But is this normal?

Secondly, I have $1500 or so to put towards performance parts....
What are the best parts available for hp and in what order should I get them? I like the stillen exhaust as well as the hks dual titanium exhaust. What do you think?
Also, I do not want test pipes as I do not want a car that ppl can hear from 5 blocks. I'm thinkin hfc's but i dont know a lot about z's to just go out and buy a few things and hope i get good results.

Thanks in advance for any advice and please don't flame me if I dont seem like I dont know what i'm talking about, because I dont.

honestly save your money. more mods should be coming out... eventually. With the extra 1500 I would have personally just gotten the Entusiast. Traction Control and Rear LSD... psh cant beat that my man.

they didnt have that car anywhere within 50 miles. there are exhausts, hfc's, dual intakes that are out for the 08's. why did you decide to not go with them?

Your first mod should be an lsd, preferable Quaife if you want the best

Personally, I like the HKS, but I wouldn't go with that right away, but I also couldn't recommend what else do go with right now. So my post is purely pointless and was intended to create a response to gsingh350z.

the turbo XS has made great numbers....from what i have read they are one of the more free flowing of Single path exhausts.

Ive also heard one in person and it was deafening. It was coupled with test pips, so that may be the culprit, but yikes!

If you want to go for performance, I then suggest you go for exhaust.

There are a whole mess of clips on youtube. I have the HKS exhaust and I love it.

Those are my clips. The first one is more accurate as to how it sounds, but the second one will give you how it sounds as a drive-by.

that's a good estimate, and good mods. However, if you really want to unleash the car, save you money. in a year turbo it. the HR has potential.
But if you like to get in the high 200 whp, get the reflash, test pipes, and exhaust. Intakes are waste of money. Believe me, I have JWT dual pop chargers

ya i was getting the feeling that the stock dual intakes were just fine. and even better if u add the k&n filters.

i dont wana turbo my car. im not looking for that much power.

also, is the technosquare really that worth it?

+1 Get coilovers first. trust me, you wont regret it. If your looking to track your car just get some tein flex's they're good on both street and track. you already have enough power as it is, just get suspension out of the way IMO its probably the best upgrade you can do to your car.

If you get the HKS keep me posted because I want to get them also. I have an 08 base model. I was also looking into Injen, you might want to check it out.
