I think it's already been done for the HR in the Z.

There are tons of pics of this car on GTM's website.

Looks like a really nice kit , but the GT 28RS are not equal to 500 bhp, more like 650 - 700 bhp....

Most believe the HR is stronger than the previous DE engine. The HR engine is a whole different animal when it comes down to construction. In addition to beefier rods, the entire structure is more rigid because the main bearings are "integrated" into the block itself:

HR Block (not mine):

DE Block for comparison:

I don't see any pictures on that page. I am using Firefox browser, and all I see is a brief description ending with "Below is a description of all the components of the kit ............"

....Nothing after that, just a plain gray back ground.

**EDIT**
AHA! The little link displaying MORE PHOTOS below the "GTM HR TWIN TURBO KIT" photo was not noticeable. :P

I like it. Also the HR is a stonger engine design then the DE so I dont think that there are going to be any blown engines anytime soon. Unless you crank the boost up to dangerous levels. I heard from one of the techs at Z-1 that the HR engine has forged pistons from the factory?

But if you blow up the engine early, it's still under warranty ... you just take all the FI stuff off and tell the dealer you have absolutely no idea why there is an extra hole in your block.

BTW .. I have about 17K miles on mine for a reference starting point.

I think I'll try this out. I've been waiting for a TT.

The description doesn't load (Don't know if it's just me, or if it's normal). Anyone know if everything pictured comes with, including CAI and exhaust?

CAI is not needed, but the intercooler does comes with it. The exhaust is also not included. Here is the parts list for my stage 1 car so you get an idea what additional PARTS you will need (the kit itself is the first line item).:

There maybe minor variations since this is for a G sedan.
