Default My Dyno Results.... Popcharger vs. Stock

So last week I got the AAM reflash....

we did the pulls with the test pipes, Y pipe, and single exit with STOCK intakes and filters....

numbers before the flash: 88.98 degrees with 40% humidity

272.57hp, don't have torque on the particular graph

numbers after the flash: 88.98 degrees with 45% humidity

279.08hp, again no torque reading on print out

today...

with stock intakes 278hp .... and....

numbers with the popcharger: 92.14 degrees with 29% humidity

281.36hp and 245.64 tq

I don't know if the temp is the reason for lower numbers but I definately didn't lose any hp from the popchargers down low and gained the 3 up top. I also don't know if it's because the filters for both stock and the popchargers have about 8k worth of dirt in them or what but that's what I made.... I can try to scan the graphs in later or take pics with phone...

if anyone from altered wants to post anything up, feel free

edit... pic

Thumbs up

Nice numbers. Looks like you gained 6whp. I think I'll pass on the reflash though. I would rather have some kind of a quality tune instead of sending off my ECU.

sigh, you could dyno your car 3 times without changing anything and all three will have variances much like what you have there. result.. very inconclusive.

shut up ... gawd ... lol

edit... atleast torque is with yours...

they didn't tune it today with the intakes just put them on and did pulls. I wonder what woulda happened with your program on mine with the intakes for the extra air?

Oh my mistake. I was assuming you sent your ECU off to Technosquare for a reflash. Didn't know AAM did reflashes for the HR engines.

It would be interesting if someone could overlay your stock 07 baseline, your post reflash numbers, and then a dyno of an 07 with a true dual exhaust or something.

I didn't get a base line with no mods... I do have the others you ask about. one of the altered guys can print and post it up sometime this week probably... I'll call tomorrow.

Is it a 7900 rediline on the reflash or did they let off just before the cutoff? Nice to see you can have the sound of the popchargers and not loose HP.
