have you ever heard of PDX tuning...they specialize in subys, i am a former suby owner, but he does custom maps for the accessport. the tuning guru for PDX is jarrad.
he done my friends STI, keep in mind its stock with a downpipe only.
he tuned it up to 320 tq and 290 hp all wheel
www.pdxtuning.com
i already emailed jarrad, he said he could tune my Z when he comes to hawaii, but he needs that key thing from cobb to be able to openly tune it, but the problem is that there isnt enough interest to justify investing the money into that area (subys and evos dominate that area for his business)

Pdx tuning is actually Surgeline now .. I would call and ask for Tim since he is the one who does the custom maps ..

Actually they will in a few weeks. See signature.

The other choice is a technosquare reflash.

I don't like having to mail off my ECU, nor do I like being locked into one map. I've been waiting to see how the AP performed and just haven't seen anything. I was thinking it would be a good early christmas present to myself if the maps perform comparably to the TS reflash.

Guys if you want the UPREV, give it a few weeks. See signature, they are getting my car for a week to come out with it.

sweet.. before and after i assume? and do you have to have hfc's in order to run the stage 2. the guy that gave a review only ran stage 1 blah blah wasn't impressed. i'm more concerned with stage 2 but i haven't messed with my cats yet.

Intakes.

And as far as the guy that only reviewed stage 1, blah blah. I reviewed stage one because I had concerns with stage 2. I wanted to do a comparison of what they advertised.

So far I'm not satisfied. No response yet but I'm giving till Wednesday.

The power is there at peak (as far as I can tell), but there is more to a tune than that.

Default have cobb on the car

i have the cobb accessport on my car. it added about 9 horsepower across the entire band. i ran all three stages on the dyno. my car ran very rich in 2+, no power difference between 2 and 2+. i put stillen high flow cats on my car and they messed up my power curve, got very bad downward spikes at about 5000 rpm, cut out the cats and made test pipes, completely fixed the problems.

So no, improvement in throttle response or change to rev limit ? Would you say it was worth it ?
