Default HR ques

K. I got 2.5 fast intentions resonated test pipes. Does it honeslt matter what exhaust I run? I know its gonna be atleast 2.5 throughtout. I dont wanna make the piping smaller. But does it matter if i go single.. or single exit.. or true dual??

Or is it now. Just go with w.e sound I like.

Go single, roll the bumper. Get an aftermarket ypipe. you won't regret it. I honestly can't say I have heard a dual exhaust with testpipes that sounds good. I love my single and the look. The gains are very noticable, once I get my ecu to technosquare, ill hit a local dyno.

it will not make any difference whatsoever whether you go aftermarket Y pipe + catback or true dual. All comes down to looks/sound

Since krams cel fix im pretty set on getting tp's now. Im in the same boat, but for sound. I dont want to sound like a civic, but im not spending 1500 on an exhaust. Some of the candidates ive been looking at are the x02, turbo xs, and intense power. Guess I gotta search youtube more

I have the 70mm Ti-C from GReddy, I love it personally. I have a 07 HR with aftermarket y-pipe. Dual 2.5" to a single 3". I love it and the throttle response it much better. To not have the cops being able to hear me, I installed the sliencer on the exhaust. Honestly, the silencer did affect the performance a little bit. The sound is definitly more quiet but a tad bit louder than the stock exhaust. The silencer will come off when I track the car though.

Believe me, you save so much weight over any dual exit exhaust. Since you're going to run n/a, save as much weight as you can. I didn;t even bother to roll the rear bumper since I have a MB, you can't even really see the missing tip from the bumper.
