What do you recommend....intake, or HFCs?
I think you should go with the Berk HFC's and Nismo exhaust. Since I've had my Nismo Z I've installed Berk HFC's, Nismo Y-pipe & mid-pipe with stock muffler, and added last the Injen cold air intakes. It all sounds very mean and no raspy noise. High recommendations!
They have been installed and we did break the top bolt off on that side. They made the exhaust sound a bit louder.
The only thing I don't like is the way the it has a RASP sound to it now when you get on it. But other than that it's great. I think the ECU is trying to learn it still though because when I first took off it hesitated, and then it's starting to feel stronger again when it felt weak at first. Give it some time and I am sure it will be stronger as everyone elses.

Oh just a fyi. It's way way easier to come through the top of the car vs the bottom and getting the top bolt on each downpipe side vs even trying to attempt it from the bottom which we did for over a hour. Just a long 24" extension works wonders.
Ya i used like a 4 foot half inch extension and a breaker bar. My friends ingersoll rand 1000 ft lb gun wasn't even cutting it. The pass side bolt came right out and i was like what were these pussies talking about this is cake. Then I got to the driver side where the damn PS rack line is right in front of the bolt( **** you nissan!) The bolt head started to round a bit. I then hammered the socket and extension onto the bolt and it snapped coming out. I honestly believe its impossible to get it out from the bottom with how tight the bolts are.
I have a question about the Berk Metallic HFC's, cause I've heard numerous things. I have the NISMO catback exhaust and was wondering if anyone had any problems with cracking, emissions, or CEL issues?
Thanks in advance for any information
