Unhappy TurboXS Utec, standelone ecu

Guys i am thinkig to buy a turboXS utec standalone ecu but in Suriname nobuddy has a dyno system, is their another way to tune the car?

they write here that it is an stand alone

You should be glad i am the first to reply to your post because i won't be that hard on you like some other guys here. First, i see you only have 10 post so welcome to the forums, second SEARCH their is tons of info on the utec in the forum, third utec is NOT standalone, and last it can be street tuned but you will have better results on a dyno ... GL

This is straight from the turboxs website "The Z UTEC is a Plug and Play Parallel Engine Management System. Designed to work together with your factory ECU."

Not sure why they would put standalone but the UTEC is NOT a standalone ecu, stanalone are much more expensive.

Also their is a tuning section here with lots of info you should start there, it will answer all your questions.

So is the F Con a Standalone? Same concept.

Either way... the UTEC doesn't work on the HR.
