which one is the best size for bolt engine

my car a little modified Amuse Exhaust + HKS twin power.
which size camshaft is good for my car. If i use 272-10.8mm is good or not. i
should change spring vale,vale retainer, spocket cam, head gasket or not?
and also ECU must be tune. but now HKS F-CON V PRO not release Harness for VQ35HR yet. in case if i use the stock ECU can be it or not?

What are the stock cam specs?
For a mild build the 264 might be fine, but if you plan on doing a lot of breathing work and really building a strong all-motor car, I'd go with the higher lift 272's, but they will be a bit much until you get more work done.

What if I plan on going forced induction 500 whp ?
What does that mean I know nothing when it comes to cams I just know how to drive the car really well and get really good times lol. I mean if I could get 500 whp na i would be fine with that as well. lol

I was being sarcastic... I obviously know just cams aren't going to make 500 whp.... Also maybe you should do some reading on grammar and sentence structure, I don't understand cam sizes and what they do is what I was stating.
I wouldn't spend the money on cams for an NA setup. The heads flow an incredibly large amount on the stock cams, you can get a pretty decent amount of power out of other breathing mods + tuning, and "improve" the car in other areas.
Ultimately a twin turbo setup is going to be more cost effective at increasing power, and cams still aren't *really* necessary and only worthwhile if you've done everything else. The cam timing isn't exactly easy to set on these motors, and the tuning won't be "cheap" for something as rare as cams (right now) so you're going to have relatively rough idle, and potentially cold start issues (speaking from experience).
Ultimately a twin turbo setup is going to be more cost effective at increasing power, and cams still aren't *really* necessary and only worthwhile if you've done everything else. you might want to first find out if Tomei actually has a camshaft to sell you.....to my knowledge (could be wrong, it's been a couple weeks since I checked) they had none available to actually sell yet. The ones for the VQ35DE will not work
saying cams aren't worth it for an NA setup is like saying a turbo or supercharger isn't worth it if you want boost. Proper cam selection is essential, no ifs, ands, or buts about it, to a proper, complete NA setup

I should clarify, obviously cams are crucial to making power NA, but the factory head/cam setup in the HR is incredibly efficient. The engine makes strong power without the cost or complication of installing cams. It would be the last thing I'd put in as far as NA modding is concerned, rather than one of the first.

a built HR is not going to really perform significantly differently from a build DE - the difference is the HR is the stronger platform to start with (albeit, far more limited range of parts available)
also to the OP, I would skip the F Con and look for something that lets you manipulate cam timing if you are going to go for 272's +
