Bleh I just want to run 12's

thats the way it usually works, i've had runs where .1 off my 60' was .1 off my et. basically what i'm saying is that the world isn't a perfect place, stuff doesn't always work like its supposed to...

Dyno numbers aren't anything anyways, it's all up to the driver. I didn't post the time slip because it's not good enough to be posted imo.

I'm sure i can make 110+ traps, but its just the 60 ft's that are killing me. With a 2.0 60ft im 100% positive i can trap a 110+.

Talk isnt much, but like i said before, next time i go to the track i'll post a time slip if its worthy. Just waiting on some nice grippy tires for the back
That makes no sense at all as a 13.3 at 107 is good. Unless you are lying and have no time slip.

This thread is like pissing into the wind.... all that happens is you get cold and wet! Power really means nothing if you can't get it to the ground. It is true that it costs ALOT less to get more power out of the GT but in the USA, that 18 year old (that has the DADDY bought GT) can't get it to the ground without going up in

Just my thoughts.

You're right, a car that can fit just as big of a tire, but DOESN'T gain camber as the suspension loads is harder to launch....oh wait....just kidding.

As I've said, its a pretty equal match for an HR, his car should be a bit slower than an HR unless he is tuned (well tuned).

I've found that these cars all make for a decent race:
  • 350Z with HR
  • E46 M3
  • 335
  • IS350
  • New GTO's (beat LS1's mildly, lose to LS2's mildly...usually)
  • Mustang GT (2005-2009 S197 body)
  • LS1 F-bodies (some...if modded story is subject to change...and its usually in favor of the LS1 even in stock form)

I'm sure there are others, but with this many cars in a tight group (stock), it makes it fun. Note that most 335's racing will have a tuning option of some sort applied, that ups the boost a LOT and...well...you will lose.

Haha.. very true. That list is pretty much accurate. Another one of my friends locally has an Active Autoworks stage 3 tune and bea be by 2 and a half cars everytime from 30 roll. But when we go from a dig its the HR FTW!

The HR and e46 m3 have to be the best match. My friend has an e46 m3 and when we race we are dead even, I mean we are always shifting at the same time it's pretty funny.

And yeah the 335i is 50% of the time likely to have the JB3 (plug and play tuner). Depending on the amount of mods done they boost power to about 380-400whp.

The Mustangs are close as well, and the 335's are closer at streetish speeds. A 335 has better bottom end than an E46 M3, the HR is slightly in between them with just a tad better bottom end than the E46, and slight worse top end.

As far as tuning on the 335's, it could be a lot more than a JB3. My buddy is about to install a 100% meth injection system (fuel cell and pump/regulator) with a piggyback as a controller. 20% fuel supplement means he can go from 410whp up to about 490 whp if the turbos can make it. Hes running a processor (Active).
