actually, let us know how yours is running when you get it back....i don't know of any built TT HR's out there...all of the ones i've seen on here are still stock internals. how much boost are you going to run? what compression pistons? power goals?

<---- hoping to get my TT'ed stock internal HR back from the shop soon....

Lol, BS!

So your'e going all the way from WV to KY to have this done and you have no idea what kind of parts you're getting? GTM sells internals for the HR. It sounds like you haven't done one bit of research. Come on now....

How old are you?

if i was doing a build like this (10k +), i wouldn't even think twice about a 3 hour drive to talk face to face with the person i'm going to be giving my money to. no to mention check out the shop, see what kind of equipent they use, how organized they are, etc...

^thats why the "+" is there. a build like the op described *can* be done for 10k (power related mods only), but will most likely end up being more. whiles its easy to blow 20k+ the op should fit in under 20k without much trouble...

but either way, driving 3 hours for some face time with the person who's gonna have your car for the next few months isn't a big deal in my book

So would I. It just seemed like he didn't have all his ducks in a row and that this would turn into another one of those BS threads. OP, if you come through, then I'll apologize for giving you are hard time (it's just the internet don't take me seriously). Good luck if you're really doing it and I'll be staying tuned for the results.
