How much do you think this would make at the wheels?

Nismo S-Tune Exhaust
JWT Dual Pop Chargers
Plenum Spacer (Not sure which brand yet)
Any tune

Just a ball park #? My short term goal is 285

there is no plenum spacer for an HR

the # will vary, often widely, depending on the shop you dyno at. The final # is essentially meaningless - use the same shop to dyno it before you mod and after, and the net gains are the only thing that really has any validity

Tomei cams 264 degree intake and exhaust
Tomei headers and test pipes
Injen intakes
HKS High Power exhaust
Head work
Cobb Tuning race software tuning

Just peaked over 300, will have dyno sheets tomorrow!!

Baseline was done with Stillen HFC's, HKS exhaust, Injen intakes and Cobb stage 2+1. Netted 276 whp and 240 tq. All done on Dynojet in 4th gear.

Before and after dyno below. Settled at just above 300 with a safe tune.

Hard to say. Lots of money for only about 30 whp and 15 tq. That wasn't all on the cams alone though. Keep in mind I did the headwork, headers and TP's and custom tuning as well to get that.

Wonder if the Tomei cams would make any difference on F/I applications...

Hmmm...I haven't been on here in a while with the new baby and getting a new crotch rocket. I just sold the nitrous off my Z. I see some of the numbers on here and see a lot of variation. I dyno'd my 07' Nismo Z on a dynojet here in MD when it was bone stock and got 270.2 whp. I've ran it at the track and ran a 13.51@103mph and that was with like a 2.0 or 2.1 60' time. I can't remember exactly since it was so long ago. I do know that this was just a couple hundredths faster then my 06' base model Z with TP's and Y-pipe...and about the same mph. My 06' Z ran 252 whp on a dynojet bone stock. It surprised me because the 06' says it's 300hp and my 07' says it's 306hp...but there was a 18whp difference on the dyno stock to stock.

Seeing all this talk about numbers makes me wanna get away from my bike for a while and get back to modding my Z lol.

Im going to get my Z tuned with uprev sometime this summer. I SHOULD make over 280 at the very least. I made 275whp when I had only the injen intakes and greddy exhaust. I added test pipes recently and hopefully i'll be making some more power with that tune. Im going back to the same dyno/shop and I'll post up the results when I have this done. I hope I wont be disappointed..

How do the cams idle? I'm assuming you are using headers & test pipes for the DE powered cars?

I did 294 on mine, Intakes, Test pipes, Greddy Exhaust, and Tune. I might be selling the Greddy Evo 2 to make a custom single exit exhaust.

Is this a conservative dyno?

It idles great. Can't hear or feel any lope with those cams. I am using the Tomei headers and test pipes for the DE. Didn't know this was possible until talking to Adam at Z1. Just move one of the bolts on the header manifold into an existing hole.

It's a DynoJet, but I guess they all differ, that's why I'm just looking at the increase in power from my baseline ( which included parts that I would guess gave me maybe 15 whp over stock at the most ).

The difference is that 2006 HP ratings were STD and 2007 HP ratings are in SAE.

Goes to show it's tough to actually break that 300hp mark in NA form. I like the ~ +15ft/lb of tq. I can't get much more on a conservative tune than 239ft/lbs peak with stillen headers/hfc, bass catback and injen long tubes

Then again, haven't changed my oil lately... I hear that will net me 15hp.
