I've had two on my '07 HR-

1. Exedy Stage-1 for 300+ whp NA build / OS Giken Twin Plate for FI build.
2. A couple thousand miles on each clutch / 16,000 miles on the car.
3. Track days and some street miles. It gets driven hard.
4. Yes. The OEM CSC went out on the track. Had it replaced under warranty.
5. Replaced it with the heavy duty CSC the second time it went out. No issues since.
6. Alot. Stroked and boosted to 650+ whp.
7. No.

if you want the engagement point to stay where it is after break in you can modify the pedal like I linked earlier. With your setup (same as mine) you woulnt want what the rjm pedal does, it will allow you to put the engagement point where you want it but needlessly widen the engagement zone. It its better for the overkill clutches that grab so stupid that they can't feather the clutch.

My clutch pedal is like heaven with the zspeed setup and my modified clutch pedal.

Too low of an engagement point is a bad thing, The clutch should be fully release by half pedal. If it is not, you are wearing on the trans syncros every time you shift.. Really, the higher you can get the clutch to release the better it is for your transmission and will allow for the fastest shifts.

May want to check the adjustment rod on the pedal if it is clicking, the nut may be loose on the master cylinder Rod/Clevis.

Angry

1: Spec stage 3+ clutch and steel flywheel
2: 11,000 mile when clutch and flywheel was replaced, 16,000 currently
3: Spirited
4: Was unhappy with the holding power of the stock clutch, and the differing reactions of the stock dual mass flywheel.
5: No CSC issues since purchasing this vehicle (new purchase)
6: AAM test pipes, Greddy dual exhaust, Tomei cams, AEM intake, Osiris tuner system, oil cooler, Z1 rotors, Hawk brake pads, Z1 brake lines.

7: The ring gear on the Spec steel flywheel failed after about 800 miles, replaced with a light weight Z1 flywheel which has worked great for the last 5200 miles.

After switching to the Z1 flywheel I have been very happy with the Spec clutch and Z1 flywheel combo.
