30whp from Headers and intake (with a pre-existing HFC) is the main takeaway. Then an additional 15whp with tuning. We BARELY had enough time to finish the job, and we worked well into the evening and certainly pissed off our neighbors in the process. Otherwis, we would have done a before/after with the intake alone.

Hey sharif, you need to do just headers and see what kind of gains they make just by themselves.

Congratulations on the gains. It's nice to have one more option for the HR. Thanks you for the info.

I just ordered these intakes yesterday and got 100 dollars off of them, part of the doorbuster sales. What do I have to remove exactly? I noticed there are some black brackets that the horns are attached to? Do I have to remove the dampener? Also, how exactly do I remove the Nismo bumper, because when I searched the DIY, it showed the stock bumper, but is it the same concept? remove top brackets, remove screws on bottom, nd 2 screws from inside the wheelwells? Thanks

If it's anything like the injen setup, the horns need to be moved. You use the same bracket they're mounted on, and no, you don't need to remove the dampener.

The NISMO front bumper comes off just like a regular one, the only difference is the 10 or so bolts on the bottom of the front splitter need to be removed.

Seriously, we need independent dynos on these stillen intakes, I want to see if they're really any better than the Injens.

Ill tell you what, Im a lil short on cash right now because I have the stillens comin in, a true dual exhaust comin in, and test pipes comin in, so I can probably only dyno it one time. What I can do is, my car is bone stock other than the fujitas, but theyre being removed. I can install the stillens and dyno it soon after, before evrything else is put on, would that be okay?

Default Installed today

Finally got around to installing them today. Took about 3 hours from start to finish, from removing the fujiutas I have had for about a yr, to lining up everything, bumper removal. etc. Right away I noticed a bump in low end torque that I am aware now my old intakes robbed me of. it sounds great, especially in the upper rpms, and I feel that throttle response is a bit smoother. I posted pics up, I hope it looks good, because I spent a great deal of time. It's an 08 Nismo btw.

Nice! Looks good, and glad you're feeling the power difference.

Can I send you some vinyl to replace the other logo?

Not going to lie, they look exactly like the injens, only the filters on the stillens are higher up than the injens.

Similar premise, but completely different design. This application is off of hundreds of dyno tests among the different applications, from the G37, 370Z, G35 and 350Z. Every small detail, pipe size, pipe locations, filter size, can all take into account the HP gains.. and why we're proud to know it's the highest producing kit on the market.

BS, they look EXACTLY the same and much like any inatake, the maker always inflates it's HP numbers, 20WHP my @ss.

LOL.. in this case if we were to follow other manufacturers in this industry for inflating claims, we probably could have gone ahead with 40WHP..

We prefer to stick with repeatable results.. and in the case of the 350Z DTB.. 20whp is it..

Less for the G37 and 370Z owners..

What kind of dyno did you use?
