Question for INJEN and Stillen users, do you have to remove the bumper to servcie/clean the filters? Normal intervals?

Removal of front bumper is required for both Injen and Stillen intakes as the filters are located in the front. 10,000 miles interval for maintenance is recommended and use the K&N recharge kit.

Actually 50,000 miles is the recommended interval by K&N.. most enthusiasts will go with 30-40k.. so a good chance you're 2 years before cleaning..

Most who have done the bumper removal once are comfortable with re-doing it within 20 minutes or so. The first go around gets you familiar with the process, which seems daunting at first, but really isn't a big deal.

How did you get a 75 dollar gift card? Does that still apply if I were to buy the intakes now?

Also, removing the front bumper is really easy after the first try. When I was painting my reflectors, i removed and put the bumper on 3 times. After the first, the other times becomes second nature.
