Default New Z Owner!

I know this isn't the intro forum but screw it.. this is the only one I really pay attention lol.

What's up guys?

I have been in the market for a new car for a while and had it narrowed down to an S2000 or 350Z. I was almost set on the S2000 but then I drove this Z and fell in love. I feel it will be a much better overall daily driver as well.

Hopefully I can get some real pics / real upload soon.

So far I absolutely love it. There are a few small things I need to work out, maybe some warranty work who knows... just because I'm so picky that is. But the car is definitely a blast to drive and I love the looks of course. The future mod list is already long sigh but nothing will be done to the car forever probably because I am super broke now. It's ok though, every time I blip the throttle it puts a smile on my face.

This thing definitely feels faster than my old car which was a 2002 VW GTI 337 edition with basic mods. Getting onto the interstate last night I actually felt afraid to floor it. Then again this cold weather and no LSD are probably attributing factors to my traction issues.

Oh and in case anyone wonders.. so far it has Nismo LMGT4's, Eibach Pro-Kit springs, and TurboXS cat-back exhaust. Oh yeah and tomorrow I'll put my S2000 stubby antenna on. 8-)

Looks good! I just purchased my Z a couple weeks ago, and I too narrowed it down to the s2000 or 350z. One drive in the 350z, and I was sold.

I needed to be sure my message was not mis-interpreted as being for another thread.

Congrats. You must be a true Z lover because your join date was Feb 04 and you sound like this is your first Z. You must know about all the good stuff this site has to offer then. Enjoy

Wrong section! Mods should move this thread to https://my350z.com/forum/new-owners-397/ or https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-nissan-350z-2/

Thanks guys!

Well I had a bunch of 240SX's back in the day.. right around when the 350Z came out. So of course I loved them then.. just couldn't afford one for quite some time.

I actually lucked out on the car, it was the only local Z for sale around me really hah.
