Grrr, this was supposed to stay "hush hush". lol

Yes, it is in development because they are building my 08 NISMO Time Attack car and the stock plenum will not hold 30lbs of boost.

Since we have to do all the R&D and make the plenum for my car, the decision has been made to go further with R&D and see if we can release one to the consumer market.

I can actually say "it's in progress for REAL". Will keep you as updated as I can without giving away too much information that belongs to S&R.

Yeah, I was up there Monday for him to take the measurements and images off my car. I will know more in a couple weeks or when we start doing more test fitting on my car.

Yes, the cat is out of the bag because Unitedbreaks sung like a canary! lol, j/k

There is a lot that is involved in development so everyone will need to be patient. We are in the begininning phases of this and we have to make sure it's the best possible product (for FI and NA) and that it can be released to the public at the right price.

If you wonder why I keep saying "we" it's because I am helping with development with this project and marketing for them.

Hey! Yeah, me too :-)

It has been a long project but it should come to a close by the end of april then we will know what 1,100+rwhp feels like!!!!

Also, we will finally be able to start testing and tuning the car for it's debut at the August Redline Time Attack race at Sebring International.

The Greddy 8pot brakes are great! I havent had them at the track yet but so far they seem to brake better and stay cooler than the stoptech. Keep in mind they are larger and thicker in the front than the stoptechs.

Remember that an effective NA design will be harder to achieve than a "working" FI design. The square runners of the HR really dissolves any simple approach to design. A small number of manufactured units would probably be easier to use individually machined runners, which would drive up costs. A sand casting would only benefit if there enough of a market to produce them in volume, but that drives up cost as well.

However this is only my opinion. Given the recent developments with the DE motor from SGM, I have a hunch that the HR has a secret to tell in the intake manifold as well.

Everything is being analyzed. This is not being done half ***. This is being CAD designed and all flow tests will be done to ensure the best possible design, for the best possible gains.

We are aware of the NA challenge aspect but decided it was worth doing because there are a lot of NA only people as well as people that will eventually go FI.

I think it would be sick to get one out for the HR as long as it offered some gains

bobby - it's justin

just keep me posted on the manifold testing

btw, I ran 13.3 in the 1/4 on bad street tires and a 1/2 tank of gas. I think with drag radials and less gas in the tank, i may hit 12.9 **fingers crossed**
