replacing the slave cylinder

Does anyone have a DYI? I am looking at the slave cylinder and i dont see why i would have to drop the tranny (recommended by nissan dealer?!). Is there a service manual online?

because in the 07+ it is inside the tranny bell housing so you have to drop the tranny. no other way
