So when the car has been sitting over night and the next day i go to turn it on, it would make a weird sound at 1.5k and after a sec go up over a tad 2k.
I thought it could be because it been 2 months after i got my intake installed and maybe some dust got int or something. I took it to my mechanic to get the maf sensors cleaned and also did a vacuum test to make sure that couldnt be the problem. Well the problem still continued and so i replaced my spark plugs to finding out there in great condition for 24k but still put in the new ones. I have taken it to uprev,in austin, and they couldnt reproduce the symptoms, even when the car sat for 4 hours while i waited. Im honestly thinking it the tune sense i have tried every psychical thing that could cause the problem.
Well here is the video that i also showed Uprev.(turn up volume and pay attention as soon as i turn it on)

That's almost identical to what my '08 has done since day one. It starts with a quick rise to 1500-1800 rpms, the rpms drop a little as it misses a few times, it picks back up as it starts running smoothly, than gradually drops to normal. I always wait at least 45 seconds before shifting into gear after a cold start. By then it's down to about 1100+/-.
The rpms seem to depend on the ambient temperature, but the pattern is always the same. The dealer says it's normal, and since the car otherwise runs perfectly, I'm not going to worry about it.
Someone else explained that the computer was trying to establish the minimum extra fuel needed to keep the engine running smoothly as it's warming up. Seems reasonable.

i had one of my friend that said it could be that the injectors are dirty :/ im like hmm i wouldnt think so for a 2590mile car ...... plus i put some sea form at 15k or so which idk y i did just listen to my dad lol. His cars have always seemed to run fine.
It sounds like your rpms drop right when your a.c. fan turns on. Maybe it's drawing power to start the fans then levels off again? It would sound logical and maybe normal, but ,either way, if you weren't having this earlier then obviously something's not right.
Does it happen with the fans and A.C. off?

ya, same thing. it doesnt matter which way. All i know i had this car for a couple of years(brand new 07) and it has never done this on a start. Also, i dont think it has anything to do with my sound system either sense ive had one in there 6 months after i got the car.
my HR in my 2008 G35 sedan does the same thing. Every HR I've seen starts in a similar fashion. Mine's been doing it since the day I bought it and I currently have over 30K miles on it. I wouldn't worry.

Some of my previous cars start at a high RPM when cold.
