Default HKS HR Supercharger

There's been no talk of the 350z HKS HR SC for a while so I hope this is of some interest.
Was at the Tokyo Auto Salon today and came across this.

Interesting. Wasn't the DE HKS unit kind of weak though? Would like to see some better stats on this.

Another interesting thing to note is that this car was sitting in this area called RH9, an area for cars that can do the 1/4th in 9 seconds or less. Looking at the drag times thread, there's hardly any Z here that comes near that, even in TT form.

However, not really sure if the 9 second claim is true for all the cars, even the Z, since there was a Honda CR-Z at the booth also. But you never know

Heres some extra coverage from other sites about RH9.

I just saw this on the HKS Japan site. Looks like they had the same idea that GTM had. I think I will still take the GTM one considering that when HKS comes out with it and smacks their name on it, the price goes up 30%.

One of the reasons the DE kit was so weak was becuase the DE stock block was weak too...the HR stock block is a much stronger engine, it can handle 500whp....
