I just got my car back from
The shop .. They rebuilt my tranny with new stock parts i buy from the dealer .. The problem sometimes when im gonna engage 4th gear is it lock the fisrt try when im gonna engage it them go back to neutral and try 4th and engage fine this only happen to my in 4th gear ...
Example: im driving normal engage 1 them 2 -3 and when engaging 4th is lock them go back to neutral try again and goes fine ..
Anyone k ow what it could be my tranny is new. Thos only happen with 4th gear

 

They fudged the rebuild. This isn't obvious to you.

Is it a CD09 trans?

 

I dunno is the tranny of a 2008 nissan 350z

 

There is a shifter set up that if not done properly could lead to this kind of issue.

I had a similar issue after installing my TWM short shifter. Hope this helps.

 

I try that already man ... I think there is no way to adjust 3rd and 4th cus they are in the middle .. U can only adjust 5th and 6th with it .. Correct me if im wrong ...

 

who rebuilt it and how much did it cost you including parts from nissan?
