Bmurray - To answer your questions on the youtube video (my car - noticed your comment today).
1) It is a 5AT
2) They say baseline is roughly 251 on their Dynojet for 5AT HR's, before cams I was at 287. I was also told that some good headers would pair up well with the cams and really extract more power.
3) The valvesprings and retainers were optional for the 264's - I decided to do them since the cams were being done anyway, cost wise it was a couple hundred more and an hour of two of labor for more piece of mind while revving up there.
Number wise, can't compare dyno to dyno for a number of reasons. But I can tell you that the Cams alone netted me a good 13WHP - I have a dyno sheet if you'd like. This is in line with a Cam shootout a shop once did in a Nissan mag where they compared DE cams (Tomei, Nismo, JWT, stock) - gains were between 17-19.

Just an FYI - You don't lose any low end power with the 264's, at least I didn't. That was a concern of mine as a daily driver, but the powerbands overlap and they began to diverge around 3500, 10-20whp gaps in the band.
