Default Realistic WHP Goal for 06 NA Build?

I want 300whp but I think that's slightly out of reach according to my research. That's okay though.

Right now I have:
Stillen True Dual Exhaust
Stillen HiFlow Intake w/ K&N filter

What's Next:
Motordyne ART Test Pipes
Motordyne MREV2
Tune from Z1

According to a few stock DE revup dyno's I've seen, my car had ~250whp,~230wtq stock.

So, does anyone have an educated guess on what I might be looking at after my bolt-ons?

I was thinking atleast 280whp,250wtq?

If I forked up for some headers is there any possibility I could approach 300whp?

EDIT: Revised whp goal is 265+ now. Hopefully I'll be back with dyno results in the next 6 months.

Not even close to 280 OP. I'll be conservative and say 260 on your DE.

I would love to see every intake exhaust bolt on thread like this deleted. Then the search feature would be so much more efficient. Google makes more people lazy and tarded everyday. Reading and math are hard!!!!

280 will be your ceiling, research what other people have done and see what the best route is for your application...

I did my research but there's alot of bull **** on forums.

Thanks to everyone who replied with useful information.

Here is one thread that I used to get some very relevant information to my potential bolt-ons (long before I posted this thread..)

https://my350z.com/forum/intake-exha...art-pipes.html

He managed to get 260whp,239wtq in third gear. He mentioned these were "abnormally low" due to the 3rd gear pulls. In a previous dyno (not in 3rd) he got 270+ before he had the ART test pipes and headers.

I'm okay with 260whp being my realistic goal but the math isn't really working out. Which numbers do I have wrong? Is 250whp stock too high?

This is where I got the stock numbers from...

https://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-...6-stock-z.html

So, maybe I'm adding too much for the bolt-ons? This is probably just how the story goes for bolt-ons but does $3,000+ in bolt-ons really equate to 10whp??

I PM'd oNaGao but if anyone could tell me how much of a difference a pull in 3rd would make I would appreciate it. I have zero experience with dyno's... for now.

FACT

Rest in the fact that you're buying quality parts and you're getting the full 10whp .

Next to weather/vehicle supporting mods a tune is the only varible you can really count on to bring the rest of the horses out.

I've seen one DE personally above 270, had another 3k ontop of your part list.

Cosworth
Headers forgot the brand
Pulleys forgot the brand
Motordyne ART/Shockwave

Welcome to that NA life

I made 272RWHP tuned after OBX Longtubes, plenum spacer an intake and an HKS knock off exhaust. That is a non-revup.

For you I think you would be lucky to see 260.

To reach 300, get ready to do some cams and put some headers on.

I think they're being a little tough on ya lol. My buddy on his non-revup de made 277/258 on a mustang dyno. That was just with intake, plenum spacer, exhaust, and tune..

If you do, intake, plenum spacer, mrev2, nwp throttle body, headers, test pipes, y pipe, catback, and a GOOD tune you may hit around 285-290whp.
