Wrap a rag around the pulse damper. Loosen the two bolts holding it on. Let the pressure bleed into the rag. It's only about 40-ish psi with the car off. You're not going to damage anything or blow the car up.

Also, don't start the car when you bleed passive line pressure. I'd also recommend you to unscrew the gas cap and release any pressure in the tank.

Thank you guys so much, you saved me a bunch of headache, is it okay to put the neg back on the battery to open the gas cap? Or will that mess up something cause the maf is unplugged and a lot of other things are unplugged

You can put the Neg cable back on. You'll set codes in the ECM for anything that's unplugged. Just clear the codes when the car is all back together.
