I already have the motor and trans under 1k. Hard part is finding the rolling shell

 

If you have a Copart in your area you might look there for a lightly damaged car or a salvage title car. In some states you don't need a dealer licence to buy a car at Copart but its worth looking into as they get cars all the time.

 

By clean do you mean clean in appearance or clean title? We rebuild several Z's a year and and provide you with a good shell if titling isn't a concern. Send us an email and we can work it out from there.
