Default Anyone Paint Stock Rims Black?

Has anyone painted stock rims black (pics)? High Gloss or Flat Black? Interested in Gunmetal Volks but are they much different then painting stocks black?

here is a gunmetal I just powdercoated. I'll be doing some race wheels for mpowers in satin black next month.

Yea, its a special dipping process, slightly more expensive than chrome at around ~$800 per set. The dealer had them on another car and I negotiated to have them put on mine when I made my deal, otherwise I probably would have just gone with new rims. I'm glad I did, it's a cheap alternative and will hold me over until I can afford some HRE's

i can do some powdercoating for you, looking at around 200$ a set.
