Umm....
Use the [IMG][/IMG] tags only if you are going to link a picture found on the internet.
If you are going to attach something on your PC, press the "Manage Attachments" button found below the field where you would normally type in for a new post. Should be part of the "Additional Options" section. Take note that your file size is limited so if it's too big, it won't attach it.
