I just purchased some 19" IForged wheels and the clear coat is flaking. What is a good price on getting them refinished? I have a friend that works at Wheels America www.fixrim.com and he told me as a favor that he would refinish all 4 wheels, even sand blast the back side of the wheel so it looks like a brand new rim and also polish the lips. He said that it would cost me $109.00 each wheel. Is this a good deal? He said that usually they charge $200.00 each for a high end 3 piece wheel. What do you guys think? Thanks...

 

Sorry to ask, but do you have any pics of them on your car? I'd love to see some iForgeds on a blue z.

i had the same problem on one of my wheels and iforged fixed it for free...if its iforged's fault then they should fix it for free..give them a call
i paid 125 per wheel to refinish my iforged wheels later that year (because i wanted a different finish) so 109 isnt bad in that respect

Under 1yr, iForged should fix them for you for free.

I've had mine for 2.5 years and have had a mild problem recently with this. my research matches your pricing. It's going to cost me approximately $125 to have them cleaned, polished, and re-clearcoated if I do it.

only one wheel was done by iforged because only one wheel was affected and they did it for free....when i sent all four wheels in it wasnt to iforged..it was an aftermarket company called wheeltechnologies.com..they did a good job but iforged polished the lips a bit better
