I ordered Noble Gold GT-7s which are not a wheel that Mackin stocks, and I waited over 4 months then settled for Diamond Black GT-7s. I believe they finally came in to the shop I ordered them from after 5 months.

wow I was told mine would be in first of march and still no wheels. talked to somebody that told me the shipment came in april 6th (cleared costoms and everything) still no wheels. How long can it take for wheels to get shipped from CA to FL then to VA? I have send PM and emails and keep getting the same answer " I didnt get them in yet" well one more week and I am going another route with some other vendor who can give me a shipping date.

You gotta remember all the vendors have to go through Mackin unless they have them in stock. So they would have to get a definite date from them to give you a definite date. Shipping from CA to FL is a business week. Then up to VA would be 2-3 business days. What did you order? Unless it is some custom offsets or color, I'm surprised you couldn't find one in stock some where.

SF challanges it was the 10.5 rear I needed to order from japan. 9,5 are in stock. I found out today Mackin was wrong about my wheels coming in on the 6th they just left japan a week ago.

SO! how long will that take to get here?

I was told the same thing today as well(that my wheels left Japan a week ago).
I was also told that they wouldn't GET HERE for another 3 weeks! Damn! Am I supposed to believe it takes a month to get a ship from Japan to the U.S?!?! Are my spark silver GT-C's on a raft with Tom Hanks like in Cast Away?!?!
Honestly though, I'm not really worried about it. I've already waited a month, so when they get here, they get here

I ordered 1/4/05 told 2 months. On 3/1/05 told it shipped will only be two more weeks than on 3/14/05 was told only the front came in it will be another 4 more weeks. On 4/19/05 was told it only shipped out a week ago will be another 3 weeks before I get them.
I wonder if we are all using the same vendor? Anyways if they don't come in three weeks I will be telling my vendor to cancel the order and take my business elsewhere.

You still don't understand the process. You are not all using the same vendor, and it doesn't matter what vendor you go though. If Mackin does not have your wheel in stock at the warehouse and it isn't a common wheel Mackin stocks, then you have to wait for them to order it, have it made, have it shipped from Japan, have it make it through customs, have it make it to Mackin, then have Mackin ship it to your vendor, or drop ship them to you if you aren't getting tires. Now you keep asking your vendor for a date, but they can't give you a realistic date because Mackin doesn't know when they will get them off the boat. Bottom line is if your wheels weren't in stock, then expect to wait 4 - 6 months. That is when ordering from ANY vendor.
