Slip?
I got new rear tires. Since then, ocassionally the slip light is coming on, when leaning hard into a turn...that kind of thing. Is the slip light a warning or just an indicator that the wheels have slipped a tick? However, I don't have a control issue.

The Slip light tells you that the traction control has detected a difference in speeds between the front and rear wheels, and is attempting to compensate. I have seen this light come on at the dyno as well.
When you changed your tires, did you keep the same size ratio as before compared to the front wheels? Going to bigger or smaller tires will also cause the light to come on, since it is looking for a difference in speed from a pre-programmed amount.

Just went from 17" to 19" wheels when I bought Piaa's Super Rozza wheels with Toya tires. Since then, the Slip indicator light occasionally comes on when cornering. I'm more concerned about the transmission cutting out when the Slip light comes on.
Turning off TCS will eliminate this problem?

Tip: Open up Two windows - Put them side by side.
Calculate Stock Vs New. And Front and Back until the speed loss is about the same percent,

245/35/19 = 25.8" dia.
275/30/19 = 25.5" dia.
Your front tires are actually 0.3" larger than the rears. For TCS to work properly, the recommended stagger is 0.5 to 0.75" larger in the rears. You need 275/35/19 in the rear or 245/30/19 in the front.

The stock diameter is 26.0" front and 26.7" rear so your wheels are also conciderably smaller diameter then stock, was this planned or did the dealer recomend this setup?
Dont you have alot of space in your arches now (especially rear)? or have you lowered the car A LOT? I mean in the rear the diameter is 1.2" smaller then stock... I think my gaps on the rear are to big when i went 0.2" smaller then stock.
I have a non staggered setup with same diameter front and rear (26.5") and i have noticed that the VDC comes in earlier then before, personally i think its smoother because of that, however the firstthing that happens when the VDC comes in is that i swear loud becuse i forgot to turn it off in the first place
