Good day everyone,

This weekend I will be in Colorado Springs for the Pikes Peak Hill Climb and the Drift Showoff at PPIR.

I will be in the office Friday morning for a short bit and gone until Tuesday.

You were going to get me some measurements on the front and rear lips of those Profils. I could have waited to buy, I wasn't in a hurry.

Oh well, I moved on.

By the way, TireRack, mounted/balanced the new tires, shipped them from REno to central CA, to my door, in 23 hours. That without paying for premium delivery. I like that kind of service. I'll be sticking with TireRack from here on out.

Good year tripletred assurance tires. You were suppose to call me back about the status after we had spoke, but you never did. I called again and left you a voicemail. I've also left you two emails before. It's nearly impossible to reach you. I've spoke with Jim, Alex, and customer service to get an update. But they all say to talk to you, which I've been trying to do. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I just want to know what's going on, that's it. I would appreciate a call back or message or anything on what's going on.

I apoligize for not getting back with you sooner, but I do not have the answer. I guarantee you that once I get the answer, you will be the first to know.

Okay Chris, I thought you were going to get the answer the same day and call me back. That "when" was left out of our conversation. You do realize that I have to send in the rebate by the 29th of this month to qualify.

Yes, but if that doesn't work out I will make sure that you pay the same bottom line as if you would have gotten the rebate.
