Default Falken Grb Fk451

Any thoughts on these tires? Ive heard they offer good traction in wet and dry but tend to be on the noisy side (dont care). I know they are cheap but if i can save a little money id rather do it than buy the toyo t1s or nitto 555's. Live in austin tx so wet weather handling isnt important, more dry weather performance and low warm up times. My setup is 245/40/18 and 275/40/18. Thanks in advance for any help.

I just bought a pair of new Falken tires for the front last week, different size though. I got Falken Ziex ZE-512, 225/50/17. They were only $100 a piece and so far I really like them. They are definitely worth the price, tread wear 360 so hopefully they will last longer than stock tires. They are pretty quiet at all speeds and tread pattern is great so far in rain.

I have those on right now in 255/35/19 and 285/35/19. They handle better than my old Yokohama's and I don't really notice any more road noise.

Im putting them on some nismo 18's and they seem about right for what i want. I mean i can get them for like 200 less than the next tire id even consider so if no one has anything bad to say then thats what im going to do. Heard they have great grip.

I'd say go for it if price is a factor. You can't get a better tire for what they cost. The only other street tire I'd consider buying is the BFG KDW-2's.
